As a client of Benchmark Commercial Lending, we will represent you and your individual goals and needs in the loan process. Our fiduciary obligation is to you, the borrower. Since we are not limited by our affiliation with any one bank or lending source, we are able to present your loan to the most aggressive capital sources. By doing this, we consistently are able to offer our clients the most aggressive rates and terms in the marketplace.

Our commitment to you as the client is to provide you with the best commercial loans available, period. We are successful in doing this for our clients because we negotiate hard their behalf, and are not influenced or incented by any one lender. We remain impartial and committed to you the client

Because of our strength in the marketplace, we consistently save our clients money by negotiating direct pricing with most lending sources. We are able to do this because of our and in-house underwriting.  As a result, our lenders are able to pass along direct pricing many times, eliminating the need to charge additional lender fees.
