The Loan Process

Our Streamlined Lending Process

1. Submit Loan

Complete our online application, and start the request today.

2. Underwriting

We will work with you and your accountant, real estate broker or other professionals to gather the appropriate financials to aggressively analyze your loan.

3. Letter of intent

After you loan has been underwritten, we will negotiate the most aggressive terms with the most aggressive capital sources in the market. After this negotiation, we will present you with the best loan offers. Generally we strive to have terms to present to you within 48 hours.

4. Offer acceptance

Upon accepting the best offer, we will collect a check from you to cover the due diligence costs of the loan. These costs typically include the appraisal, title work, survey and any other items needed to close your loan.

5. Final Review

Once we have received and reviewed the appraisal, title work, survey and other customary items, we will prepare the loan documents.

6. Closing

Most of our loans are closed at your title company. We will work closely with them to make sure you loan closes efficiently and timely.
